リスト依頼のキャンセル

博物館推薦リストの依頼は、依頼後24時間以内であればキャンセルが可能です。

キャンセル方法

依頼時に受信した確認メールに、そのまま返信のうえ「キャンセル希望」と記載して送信してください。24時間以内の返信がない場合、リストの作成を進めさせていただきます。

返金について

本サービスは完全無料です。そのため、返金は発生しません。

既に送信されたリスト

メールでリストをお送りした後のキャンセル・返品は受け付けておりません。あらかじめご了承ください。

List Request Cancellation

Museum recommendation list requests may be cancelled within 24 hours of submission.

How to Cancel

Reply directly to the confirmation email you received with your request, stating that you wish to cancel. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, we will proceed with creating your list.

Refunds

This service is completely free of charge. No refunds apply.

Already Sent Lists

We cannot accept cancellations or returns after a list has been emailed to you.
